Weeks Data – 1st May to 14th May

Week 1 Summary/Averages:

Second week into my Marination phase and still feeling quite food focussed and getting hungry. It’s funny as leptin (a hunger hormone) is directly related to energy balance and % body fat, so although I am eating plenty due to being so lean I am still hungry. Energy levels however are high and rising, gym sessions are great, focus for work is spot on.

Week 2 Summary/Averages:

Finally, the calories and carbs hit me will full force. No more food focus, hunger is dropping, energy levels still rising and gym performance is great. Really embracing the process and just getting the food in, not really focussing much on my physique or the scale, just pounding weights and grub. Lots of meals out have been had too, which is nice as I know it’ll be short lived.

Latest Physique Update

Really happy with the images below, my best look yet I think and actually one of my lightest weigh ins of prep (despite a heavier average overall). Largely I think this is down to my edema subsiding and of course being full of carbs. My upper body for sure fills out a tonne when I carb up, I lose a bit of definition also.

Taken first thing on Sunday morning (pump, no food)

Light source side on to camera, to give as realistic updates as possible (no half natty lighting)
