Weeks Data – 22.nd May to 04.th June
Week 12&13 of Contest Prep
Week 1 Summary/Averages:
Getting back into the groove with a drop in kcals and reduction in cardio. Hunger levels have alleviated and I’m feeling much better. However, I feel that my performance in the gym is going down the drain, which isn’t a good sign, especially not at already at this level of leanness. It was my deload week and I really took it light this time to make sure that fatigue levels are coming down. The “diet break” really didn’t feel like a break at all tbh…

Week 2 Summary/Averages:
We did it! The Mike Israetel seminar in London is behind us and the awesome weekend caught up with me afterwards. Most awful week of the contest prep so far. I guess, the stress of the weekend, coupled with being in a deficit for a long time has given me the rest. Strength levels in the gym were hilariously low and I was extremely fatigue throughout the whole week. Constant brain fog and couldn’t really concentrate. Still, I saw the lowest weigh ins so far.

Latest Physique Update
Too much has happened in the past 2 weeks but I was feeling so much leaner. When I was over in London, veins started to pop up all over my abs.
Taken first thing on Saturday morning (pump, no food)
