Weeks Data – 3rd June to 16.th July

Week 2-3 of Contest Prep

Week 1 Summary/Averages:

Week 2 of prep and my 2nd week of dieting since I had 10 weeks away. Settling into things now, back into my routine eating etc. and enjoying it. Hunger is fine, energy is good, mood is great, training is progressing well. Can’t complain an ounce. 

  • Macros: 194p | 285c | 51f – 2375kcal
  • Weight: 169.3 (down -0.8lbs)
  • Sleep:  6.46 hours
  • Hunger: 2/5
  • Energy: 3/5
  • Steps: 14,194
  • Cardio: 660kcal LISS

Week 2 Summary/Averages:

Pretty much a repeat on last week, crazy how similar my macros are week on week given I feel I switch things up a fair bit #flexibledietingftw. Energy still good but pushing sessions have been getting tougher, actually motivation for training has dropped somewhat, but it is actually still going well. Now the only thing that hasn’t gone well is my scale weight, which kinda blows tbh, but it just means I have to start digging a little now, probably a macro adjustment this week now.

  • Weight: 169.08 (down -0.04lbs) <<< bummer eh!
  • Sleep:  6.48 hours
  • Hunger: 2/5
  • Energy: 3/5
  • Steps: 13,271

Latest Physique Update

Definitely some progress made here, quads, abs showing through more and hamstrings and back still waiting to come!

Taken first thing on Saturday morning (pump, no food)

  • Light source side on to camera, to give as realistic updates as possible (no half natty lighting)
