Weeks Data – 24th July to 6th August

Week 5-6 of Contest Prep

Week 1 Summary/Averages:

Deload week, kept macros level to eek out some extra progress. Short week at home with a long weekend away in Bude for a wedding, which went really well and I am very proud of getting through it and not being completely zombie like. 

  • Macros: 189p | 258c | 47f – 2211kcal
  • Weight: 169.75 (pretty much level on last 4 weeks)
  • Sleep:   7.2 hours
  • Hunger: 2/5
  • Energy: 3/5
  • Steps: 10.9k
  • Cardio: 250kcal LISS

Week 2 Summary/Averages:

First week back into my second mesocycle, feeling a little fatigued from the wedding but as the week went on I started feeling better and better. Really happy with my current physique, progress and making the final touches to my peaking plan now. Oh and an awesome weekend with the Saturday out all day with my little sister; gods junk yard, coffee, cinema and funny cinema snacks.

  • Macros: 187p | 265c | 45f – 2213kcal
  • Weight: 167.77 (down -1.98lbs) <<< and the scale shows
  • Sleep:   7.3 hours
  • Hunger: 2/5
  • Energy: 4/5 (really good this week!)
  • Steps: 13.4k
  • Cardio: 770kcal LISS

Latest Physique Update

Big changes now, final little dig 🙂

Taken first thing on Sunday morning (pump, no food)

  • Light source side on to camera, to give as realistic updates as possible (no half natty lighting)
