Weeks Data – 4th September to 10th September

Week 11 of Contest Prep

Summary/Averages:

So this week was a bit weird in some ways, after 2 very contrasting weeks this was a more ‘normal’ one. However, I found myself finding it a little hard to enjoy it, not sure why, I still got what I needed done but felt a little off. Happy to know my condition is there, it just needs to be held and so I can ease off the diet a little. However, missing the flexibility that comes with the ‘off-season’ in regards to just life in general, not necessarily food.

  • Macros: 187p | 275c | 48f – 2280kcal (carbs up 20g from previous low)
  • Weight: 165.8lbs 
  • Sleep:    7.13 hours (getting up to pee on average 3-4 times!)
  • Hunger: 3/5 (typical)
  • Energy: 2.5/5 (not bad, not great)
  • Steps: 13.5k (reduced by 2-3k on average from previous)
  • Cardio: 550kcal LISS
