- 25:36 If you are going from MEV to MRV, at some point your fatigue will accumulate and performance will drop. However, if you were to lower the weight (but it still being above 60%1RM) you could probably do more volume (ie.sets) per session and per week. Is this a way to get around reaching your MRV.
