Jacob is a doctor of physical therapy and works in collaboration with the Strength Guys. He is passionate about spreading solid information and busting myths and correcting misconceptions surrounding the human body as it pertains to physical therapy. We discuss some of the fallacies trainees and physios fall into with ‘band-aids’ and get to the core of how to solve people’s problems. Furthermore, we delve into exercise mechanics including proper scapular position, active vs. passive ROM and whether or not you need a neutral spine when lifting.
