Jackson Peos has a PhD in Clinical & Sports Nutrition and is well known for his diet break research. In today’s episode, we take a different turn and chat about alcohol and intuitive eating. Back on our roundtable (ep 196/197) Jackson was on but not fully able to expand on his thoughts during the roundtable, so he further clarifies them here. In addition we talk about what place alcohol has within a physique athletes diet & it wouldn’t be a podcast with Jackson if we didn’t talk a little about diet breaks, in particular there synchronisation with training.
