Scott has a PhD in Applied Exercise Physiology and has published peer-reviewed scientific literature. He is also a competitive bodybuilder with plenty of success, with four overall titles, including the 2009 NPC Mr. Arizona, and four top 5 national level showings.

With over 30 years lifting experience and more than 2 decades of coaching Scott blends the science with anecdote to get results. His philosophy is to keep an open “beginner’s minded” approach to finding what works. You’re going to love today’s episode.
