Dr Jake Linardon is the Research Fellow and Psychology Lecturer at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. After completing a PhD in 2018, he has continued his research into eating disorders, with a primary focus on testing and evaluating a broad range of treatment approaches for eating disorders. His research has also been published in numerous scientific journals, and he is also one of the editorial board members for the International Journal of Eating Disorders.

Today we identified what different eating disorders there are and how we can best identify and manage them as someone trying to achieve our physique goals. This is a must-listen for anyone who ever has or intends to diet.
