Jake is a master of data collection for enhancing your training. With a PhD is sports performance, a master’s in health and sports science, a BA in exercise science and is an NSCA CSCS Jake knows what’s important when it comes to data collection for trainees. He is also the current assistant professor at the University of North Iowa, sports scientist for UNI wrestling and volleyball and a coach at Renaissance Periodisation.
